Cannon Park Celebrates Allotment Week with Vision Hub Charity 🌱

To celebrate Allotment Week, Cannon Park was delighted to welcome Vision Hub Charity to the centre for a special community gardening project🌱💚

Working together, members of Vision Hub Charity, and the sight-impaired community, planted our eight new planters outside the centre, adding some much-needed greenery! We provided all the plants and gardening materials, which were sourced from a local garden centre, while the team from Vision Hub brought plenty of enthusiasm and got stuck straight into the planting.

It was a lovely way to celebrate Allotment Week and, more importantly, a great opportunity to bring people together, enjoy some time outdoors and create something that the whole Cannon Park community can enjoy.

A huge thank you to everyone from Vision Hub Charity who came along and helped bring our planters to life, we can’t wait to watch them grow! 💚
